I’m not a big comic person (although Dark Knight was pretty bomb - anyone else think the Joker talks like Dave Matthews a little?). I’m also not that big of a movie person. Therefore, I’m not really a big trailer person. So for me to be impressed with some trailer music? That’s a pretty big thing. On top of that, I had completely shunned this band. How can you call yourselves the same name when you’re not the same band? Stupid… But this song completely works for this trailer. It’s not all in your face as well, which is a nice change for an action/comic book (graphic novel) movie.

Thanks for posting this song, Linds!! I finally got around to watching the trailer this morning, actually, and was wondering about this song, I love it already. BTW, Watchmen is the book I was reading in SF.. I’m almost done with it!!

For some reason I had completely did not notice that the song was a Smashing Pumpkins song in the trailer. I had to watch the trailer again just to be sure. I hope this movie lives up to the greatness of the book. It’s one of the best comics I’ve ever read. Makes me wonder if any of the studios would consider doing Kingdom Come as a movie.
