Soooo… Those of you who watch Grey’s Anatomy (which is most likely all of you!) are probably already in love with this song. This is the song that was playing during the sex scene between Meredith and McDreamy in the finale. That scene was shot so beautifully and the GORGEOUS song only added to it. Perfection! Alex Patsavas strikes again…
