So, I first heard this album back in 2004 when I was interning at Capitol and we were mastering it. I fell in love with it and thought she was just some obscure singer since I never heard any more of her. Turns out she’s doing pretty well for herself in the UK and I’ve started hearing her songs (this one in particular) on XM. LOVE the entire album. And you know that means a lot coming from me since it’s hard for me to like girl singers… I usually only like the REALLY good ones. BY FAR my favorite song off the album is “Geek Love,” but despite it’s absence on her MySpace page you should listen to all of the tracks there b/c they’re all great. And because the album is still not on iTunes. Is it released in the US? Not sure on that one…
