This is in honor of the intense finale of Grey’s Anatomy last night. They played this song throughout the ending scenes. I’ve been meaning to put this CD in here as well, but I’m thinkin I’ll save the other tracks for another post. Did anyone else watch Grey’s last night? Definitely cried… it was a sad one

but i loves me some snow patrol
they had good music throughout that final episode
good for them
and good for you
